FAQ's
Where are you located?
I am a home baker located in Syracuse, NY. Since I am NOT a storefront, I do need to protect my family's privacy. Once your order and payment have been processed, I will send you a confirmation email with the pickup address.
Can I pay when I pick up my order?
I'm afraid not. All orders must be prepaid online.
What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Venmo.
What if I need to cancel my order?
Custom orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of submitting payment for a full refund, minus processing fees. After 48 hours, I cannot offer refunds on custom orders. Thank you for understanding.
What about allergies/gluten?
I am a traditional baker who uses wheat flour, real butter, eggs, peanut butter and tree nuts. It pains me to say this, but if food allergies are a concern, I am not the baker for you.
Can I place an order from outside New York State?
State regulations only permit me to sell to customers within New York State. What you do with these delicious bakes after you receive them is up to you!
